Documentation out of date about including the Visual C++ redistributable in an installer

The documentation here still recommends using merge modules to include the Visual C++ redistributables. However, the merge module approach has been deprecated in 2015, see here.

If the documentation is focused on giving an example of using merge modules, then a more appropriate example should be given. If the documentation is focused on providing guidance how to include the Visual C++ redistributables, then it needs to be updated. All I can say is that there are multiple options to achieve that all with their own pros and cons.

Point out it's OK for VS<2015. For VS>=2015, use bundles.
