Add Azure to sql-escape #82

The linked Wiz blog post mentions in the vulnerability affects "GCP, Azure,and others". Adding Azure and its Postgres service to the description since it's explicitly mentioned.

technically there's some overlap here with extrareplica, since the bug being discussed here is actually the first one in extrareplica's chain, but i think you're right that it should be documented here as well
