Dockerized ocserv, use freeradius for authentication, authorization and accounting, and MySQL as backing database, works out of the box.

use rest module for authentication instead of perl #3

the perl part is commented out. If you want to continue using perl, comment out the rest module part, and uncomment the perl part.
