Functionality added in release v2.0.0.

Outstanding issues:

There is still a problem with not always getting a response from the Google tokeninfo endpoint. I'd say about 25% of the time, the user will have to click "try again" to be logged in.
Should create a user admin page, but there's no hurry since I'm the only admin and the only extra thing an admin can do is add templates, which you need server access for.
