implemented final fix for reading pickles: if there's no pickle and empty df is added to RACF object
tested that reading pickles no longer issue error messages
pytest now creates pickles using parse_fancycli
added pytest rule so attributes that only exist for objects from unload are no longer flagged
moved monkey patch (acl, gfilter, rfilter) to init
before applying this PR, first go back to "finalize 0.8.2 (boolean lol)
