Added Language Selector & Theme Selector to various pages. #304

If you're not an admin within the site, you're unable to change the language settings or theme settings of which seems a little pointless when majority of site traffice will be from server owners end users.

This also refactors the theme selector a tad as we were using SVG images when similar counter-parts exist in the form of font awesome which we already use for the language selector, so it makes these components now function in similar ways now.
