Adds feature requested in #376 and part of #395.

Works for both Emby and Jellyfin. Emby uses IsHidden, IsHiddenRemotely and IsHiddenFromUnusedDevices while Jellyfin only uses IsHidden.

afaik, this is not a feature needed for plex.
