Warning message about notes appears incorrectly

Steps to reproduce:

• Login
• Create a video project
• Do not fill in the Notes field
• Click submit
• Wait while the video loading will be completed
• Click edit the project
• Click submit

If video notes where not mandatory at creation time, they should not either in edition
