When making a video from new list, lab list is empty #68

If go to hamburger menu -> Add Video

Then tap on Lab SKU a very tiny modal shows up saying

"Select tab from the list"

And that's it

We need to show the list of labs for logged mentor

THis is not working yet, tested in emulator and real device, made a screencast in real device

This is fixed by setting allowed values to current year
