Please remove default title from new video screen and make it a hint only

Based on preliminary feedback from Joshua, we need to eliminate the default title when creation a video, since it forces mentors to delete it every time and create a new one...bad UX

Remove current default title and place a grey hint text something like:

"Please insert Project title" that once you tap on it dissappears
