Add 2018 to all drop menus #78

@internetmosquito Please update all drop menus in the lab tab to be 2018 by default setting. Please change all drop menus in lab tab to Winter season as default choice.

@kapoorutd please start fixing this, we need current year and season in lab selection dropdowns
