Create new Binder options #92

We need to create this before 6th June, pretty urgent.

Modify Main menu entry for Go to Wizbots and substitute with Binder

binder_main_menu

Then on the left menu, add a new entry for Binder

binder_left_menu

Taping on any of those 2 should direct to a simple table where mentors can open the attached PDFs

The list of PDFs is:

Not sure if we can open PDF within the app, if not, it's ok to use whatever native default Viewer android has.
