What does this PR do?

Creates the Opportunity Area and Sponsors models in Prisma

Where should the reviewer start?

check the new models in schema.prisma of:

OpportunityAreas
OpportunityAreasSponsor

How should this be manually tested?

Check the models and review if the structure works for the purposes of the Opportunity Areas module

Any background context you want to provide?

This is a start for the issue #190 . in order to start working on the module for Opportunity Areas
