Try to make the UI for the filters a little bit leaner to show more filters #296

Currently we only have 3 filters: status, category, skill. But we are going to add two more.

  1. Try to make them smaller, like in https://www.ehs.harvard.edu
  2. eliminate the double box we have (attaching screenshot)
