Fix - #346 - Looking For field changes

What does this PR do?

This PR add the following changes to the Looking For field:

• The Autocomplete now is case insensitive, so it doesn't require caps to match results
• The Autocomplete list is now sorted by name
• Mentor and Intern options were added to the Autocomplete list
• The field is now hidden if the We need some help slider is false

Where should the reviewer start?

In either the create Project or Edit project modal

How should this be manually tested?

• Go to create a project
• Validate all functionalities described in the previous section for the field
• Do the same validation in the edit project page
