Feat/ios engineers process #110

Finding iOS developers is too hard, with the interviews we noticed a lack of specialization with iOS and Swift standards.

After discuss with the iOS developers we agreed that there could be a lot of potencial engineers that just need a guide to improve their skills in some important topics to become in great iOS engineers.

Please feel free to add suggest any change or additions to the study guide.

The study guide looks fine for now, but I have two recommendations.

  1. Include the animation Challenge as .zip and not as playground. In that way it is easier to download it and share it.
  2. It would be great if pre-onsite and onsite challenges had links to PDF files too.
