the on-boardee? — Dafne for this one
some "mentor" / "coach" / "on-boarder"?
- responsible only for helping the on-boardee find someone to help with each of the items
- not necessarily responsible for doing all of them with the on-boardee

Useful to create an on-boarding label to make it easy to see/find these issues — and hide them when looking for issues re: content?

Only admins can create/modify issue labels
