Challenge proposal for new debugging interview #99

This PR adds a description for the "Broken Singly Linked List" Debugging Challenge.

This will be linked to code in the Wizeline OnSite repository that I haven't uploaded yet. I'll get to it ASAP.

We intend to use this for one of the upcoming on-sites next week in the so-called "Alpha" process. I'm sure we'll iterate and add more interesting proposals later on.

@bobmazanec Yes, I forgot to update other entries to improve discoverability. I'll get to it as soon as I can (I still have to prepare the other PR for the actual challenge.)

And you're right, we need to add the outline of the new flow in the main README file. I wanted to get to that yesterday, but I was really short on time.

Finally, yes, you're right about the branch prefix being redundant. I wasn't completely aware of the assumptions of PRs in this repo, so I thought being explicit was better.
