Completed RTM tasks seem to be synced with --full-sync #24

Actually, this only happened once, but I can't reproduce it now. I think maybe it's because the first time completeTask to RTM had failed. The second time I had just completed them, and maybe RTM didn't send them with the completed property set to true, or it sent two sets and I checked the wrong one.

This is enough of an edge case to close. False alarm.
