Set due dates based on RTM dates #7

I don't think due dates do anything yet (@lefnire?) but this is in preparation for when they do.

@lefnire Oh I thought that todos never hurt, but they ripened over time. My thought was that due date meant, "do not start ripening before this date."

Did I misunderstand?

Actually, you may be correct on that. There some ideas flying around on Todo degeneration - what you said, sickness for overdues, etc. Still TDB methinks, i'll have to check with wc8 before diving in.
