feat(ws): Add TLS ALPN and fingerprint settings for ws protocol

Check for the presence of tlsSettings in streamSettings and extract ALPN, fingerprint, and allowInsecure settings.
Construct output link for 'ws' network type with new TLS parameters (ALPN, fingerprint, allowInsecure) when applicable.

Changes:

Extracted and processed ALPN, fingerprint, and allowInsecure from tlsSettings in streamSettings.
Updated output link construction for 'ws' network type to include ALPN, fingerprint, and allowInsecure settings if available.
