Unable to compile Spectrum core #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check out the source code
2. Load the Spectrum project
3. Attempt to build programming file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A .sof file. Instead I get
Error (12006): Node instance "rom" instantiates undefined entity "rom128"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
