Small updates

Hello,

I stumbled a bit with the actual script, so I took the liberty of rewriting get_system_paths with a more concise piece of code.

I have added/updated the following systems:

• Gameboy
• Gameboy Color
• Gamegear
• SMS
• Wonderswan
• Wonderswan Color

And as a bonus I add a little script used to update the json for the downloader.
