i cant do computer modding very well you need a tutorial for this up here #267

so i cant star starcheat or find the app whenever i open a folder called starcheat.app it open in 7 zip and does nothing im am very confused if you could help me that would be great

Try downloading the correct version of StarCheat for your platform. For example on windows you need to download the Windows version (either win32 or win64 depending on your PCs architecture) and not the OS X one. You can find binaries for all 3 architectures here: https://github.com/wizzomafizzo/starcheat/releases/tag/0.27.1
