You're running an outdated version of Starcheat. Please download the latest nightly build here to fix this issue. Please close this issue.

I have the latest version of Starcheat, and I only can run 1 character.

Where did you download the "latest version" from? The current latest version on GitHub does not support Starbound 1.0. The latest download link posted in #288 is also out of date.

As I said above, you are running an outdated version of Starcheat. This bug has already been fixed in a newer build. Please download the latest build.
