Starcheat installing, but not opening #317

Issue details:

starcheat version: 0.27.1
starbound version and branch: Stable 1.2.1

the error message you are getting, if any:

Starcheat refuses to open, and this is the console error I get when I click Starcheat/contents/MacOS/starcheat
