This PR adds PCB cards that can be used with TapTo and made via JLC PCB.

Thank you very much! I have made some minor changes but otherwise left it as is. I have removed the SNES and Neo Geo logo PCBs. I'm sorry but I'm not comfortable having them hosted on this repo. However, if you wanted to host them somewhere else I wouldn't mind having a "other PCBs" link on the page. Some photos would be really awesome too!
