Hello~I would like to ask you whether you can use raspberry PI to read the data of NI USB6353 series data acquisition card. I have been puzzled for a long time and I cannot answer it. Please kindly let me know

To my knowledge, NI does not release the firmware specs on their boards so its really difficult to to write a driver for them.
