If you were running the analysis in R, the current enrichR package doesn't support analysis with a background. If you are using the Enrichr website for this analysis, there's indeed a bug with the enrichment stats in the exported text file. I have reported this to its developers here: https://github.com/MaayanLab/enrichr_issues/issues/66

When I export the GO Biological Process 2023 table from a run with a background gene set, the returned results appear to be those of a run without the background set (p-values are larger than those shown in on the website table). Is it possible to look into this issue?
