I've attached my first script, the data and my .Rproj file. The script is more of a play than anything - I've added comments so hopefully it all makes (enough) sense. I use clm models first and then glm ones. The start of the script involves a fair bit of factor recoding - some of which we may want to change. But I guess it's a start!

I'll close this PR, add the corrected datafile and redo...
