Some VST Plugins not Working #14

Problem:
ABox hosting support for VST 'plugins' has become out of date -- there has been 
mention of plugins not working in ABox and possibly crashing the program.

Recommend:
*Little is known about this problem. In order to duplicate the problem, more 
information about which plugins fail is needed.
*In previous ABox development, great effort was put into hosting plugin user 
interfaces in a manner constant with ABox's popup panel behavior. It may be the 
case that the VST user interface panel will need to be redeveloped to follow 
different UI behavior guidelines. Alternately, it may be simpler to work 
together with plugin developers in order to affect a simple solution.
