Update to govcr v4 #201

This update govcr from v2 to v4. While these major version have breaking changes, the effect here is quite minimal. I am looking at further updates, but v5 is going to be a larger breaking change, and I didn't look at the remaining ones.

The commit messages detail the changes that were required for each version bump.

PS, v4.4 also adds a VCRConfig.RemoveTLS option which might be useful to reduce the size of the cassettes.
