This PR add mention the existance of htmltest-action for GitHub workflows in README.md.

It also fixes a few typos found, bumps the actions in the GitHub workflow file ci.yaml to their latest version and updates a few go packages/modules.

wjdp commented 1 year ago

Hey @deining I've delayed looking at this as this MR touches quite a few versions of things and didn't want to risk breakage. I'll work through it when I look to make the next release.
