What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install ispy on almost completely clean install of windows, with all drivers
installed, net framework updated, ect (all the vitals)
2. Install Ispy
3. Open Ispy

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing happens.. the ispy executable opens for a few seconds, and then closes,
but there is no visuals at all

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.6.4.0, 4.6.3.0, 4.6.0.0 - all same result

Please provide any additional information below.
Avast free antivirus is installed, disabling it has no effect. it doesnt appear
to be an issue, but i will try removing it anyway
