'Installing Software' has encountered a problem #82

I received the following error when trying to install the product through

I am running Eclipse Juno (Version: Juno Service Release 1 Build id: 
20121004-1855) on Windows 7 box with jdk 1.6.0_37 and jvisualvm build 110325.

Quick answer: Uncheck “Contact all update sites during install to find 
required software”

This is known eclipse bug.
This workaround helped me:
1) Go to "Preferences" -> "Install/Update" -> "Available Software Sites".
2) Export data
3) remove all software sites
4) import previously exported bookmarks.

1 go to : Help | Install New Sofware...
2 select (or add if u haven't already done) 
"http://www.jvmmonitor.org/updates/3.8:".
3 press "Select All"
4 UNCHECK "contact all update sites"
5 press "Finish"
