Program allows the adding of food name with dash "-" #2

As stated in the user guide, cube doesnt allow the addition of the food name with dashes as shown in figure 1 however this was allowed in the program as shown in [figure 2] image.png [figure 1]

In fact we allow '-' in the middle of the food name. A documentation description bug.
