Tables and Figures on Seperate Page #79

JoC demand that every page and Figure be on a seperate page. This seems like a third alternative for the floatsintext flag. Do you think this is an important requirement to be included in the project? I am not sure many journals want this.

I think I was mistaken (again) about the requirement. "All tables, figures, and endnotes should be placed after references." reads for a German that they should be placed after being referenced not after References as in bibliography.
