Error #24

In a quiz i got this message (exception). I can't access live report but in other quiz everything is ok erro relatório em direto In this case i have essay, drag & drop to an image and matching question types. If i click in more details i got: A general error occurred (sorry we can't be more helpful here!) Where can i find details so i can debbug it?

Hi, Dinis, It is going to be very difficult for me to debug this. I have checked and the function get_files( doesn't appear to be in any of the Live Report code. In fact this function doesn't appear in teh quiz module. For some reason your error message is not indicating a script name or a line in a script which produced this error. You indicate that the error may be caused by one of the questions in a certain quiz, since I understand you to say that there is no error in other quizzes. If this is the case, maybe you can set up a temporary course on your site, make a copy of that quiz in this temporary course, and then give me access as a teacher to that temporary course. I can then see if the error happens with a specific question in the quiz and/or with some student response to a specific question in the quiz. Or, if you want to export the quiz and send it to me, I can put the quiz on a temporary Moodle site and give both of us access there and we can then see if we can figure out what is causing this problem. The set of scripts in the question directory does have several instances of the get_files() method, but in all cases, there is no arguement for this method.

In other quizes, no error. Everything OK. Only the issues i told you before. The error ocurred few moments after the quiz started. I made first view (at start) while quiz was running with students answering. Everything was ok. A few moments later when i tried to watch again, the error ocurred. I will send the quiz and access credentials by PM. I'm in GMT timezone.
