m2e updated container name in newer verison cause issue #102

The same issue in Issue 52.

Need to handle "org.eclipse.m2e.MAVEN2_CLASSPATH_CONTAINER" ,too.

Fixed since 2011/12/14 , will be in 1.3.2 .

It doesn't seem to handle MAVEN2_CLASSPATH_CONTAINER when a maven project is 
added as a custom classpath on neither the WebApp classpath nor the Jetty 
classpath.
