Upgrade to Jetty 8.1.3 #142

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Jetty 8.1.3 fixes this bug: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/JETTY-1495

I will try to update the version and release a new version soon.

And before we updated it, you could just change the jetty jars in Jetty 
Classpath tab ,
uncheck all old jars and add the new jars from Jetty 8.1.3 .

You just have to keep the "runjettyrun-bootstrap.jar".

We have upgraded to letest version in the nightly build just now , 
and will release official version next week if there's not any bug.
