Allow a different web.xml to be used #143

For testing purposes I would like to be able to select a different web.xml 
file. In my project I have multiple web.xml files with different names. On 
deploy time, they will be renamed to web.xml. During testing however I would 
like to use a different file for web.xml. Previously I used a fork of RJR 
(which is no longer supported) which allowed you to set the filename for 
web.xml. I don't how to do this with the current RJR version. There is an 
option to specify an additional jetty.xml file but I'm not sure how to tell RJR 
to use a different web.xml file.
