What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I download the file.
2. Run the File.
3. Asking for password.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The WINAUTH should confirm the code instead of asking PW.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1.5

You already had WinAuth on your computer, must have installed or run it
previously. If you can't remember your password, you will need to just rename
the old configuration file so a new one can be created.

Open Explorer, go to c:\users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\WinAuth and rename the
file called winauth.xml to something else. Runrun winauth and it will
reinitialise and create a new file.
