New windows install invalid password

I remember my password but didnt have a chance to export due to a windows issue,
reinstalled windows but am unable to access my file due to a invalid password 
error.

I could provide .xml file and password.

Please send me the file and password. I'll look, but if you used 'only usable 
on this computer' there isn't much that can be done without a backup.

Did you make any backups of the original secret keys, or of the WinAuth files?

Do you have any backups of your Windows installation? Specifically the registry?

I did back up the portion of my hard containing windows so all data is there, 
so would there be a way to access the registry, I didnt backup the original 
secret keys but i do have a backup of the original .xml file.
