How many authenticators do you have? If one, what type (e.g. Google

1.Reset my secret code

If you are able to load WinAuth, please click the cog icon and choose
"About...". Click the Diagnostics button and copy the contents of the field
(beginning with "--BEGIN PGP MESSAGE---") into a file and attach to this
issue.

Are you saying you forgot your password? The data you provided is just a blank 
configuration with no authenticators. Did you delete your authenticator.xml?

WinAuth issues have moved to https://github.com/winauth/winauth/issues. Please 
submit a ticket there.
