can't open same object from multiple versions #35

If you open dijit/DialogUnderlay in version 1.8, then you can't simultaneously open the 1.7 version, because clicking that entry gets an exception about duplicat id's.

I added the version number to the tab label (and more importantly, the tab id), hope that makes sense.

BTW, note that this wasn't possible with the old viewer either.
