Fixed a broken link #63

This whole API viewer has been replaced, which is why it's called old-api-viewer and the description says:

Old viewer for output of old js-doc-parse, replaced by https://github.com/lbod/dapi

Also, that link is not broken; it works fine, at least for me.

What is the correct way of getting the new viewer? Master or the V1.0.0 tag?

I guess master is the best.
