add Ubuntu 20.04 build #65

See https://github.com/wkhtmltopdf/packaging/issues/63 This refers to gcc-7 explicitly in Ubuntu 20.04 since gcc-9 is the default and wkhtmltopdf won't compile with it.

Any chance a .deb file for focal could be added to the 0.12.5 wkhtmltopdf release (https://github.com/wkhtmltopdf/wkhtmltopdf/releases/tag/0.12.5)?
