H2 mode MySQL- USING BTREE not supported

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(simple SQL scripts or simple standalone applications are preferred)
1.Start h2 with MODE=MySQL
2.CREATE TABLE `test` (
  `id` int(11) NOT NULL,
  KEY `test_id_idx` (`id`) USING BTREE,
) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8;

The initial test is passing now but the following one will fail:

CREATE TABLE `test` (
  `id` int(11) NOT NULL,
  UNIQUE KEY `test_id_idx` (`id`) USING BTREE,
) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8;
