Zero vulnerabilities update to March 5th 2022 #267

First of all, thank you very much for elm-live, it's great !!

Please find in this PR an update to critical security dependencies. I test it with projects using Elm, Elm UI and JSON and everything looks OK.

Sorry I could not prevent the package-lock.json file to get updated but it was too old and now is a lockfile version 2
