Note for potential readers: this mostly means that the repo now lives at https://github.com/rss2email/rss2email . As a consequence, all PRs and issues should be directed there — unfortunately, the maintainer of this repository no longer has the time to maintain it, and I don't think GitHub had the “archive repository” feature when maintenance was transferred
